AAS: Are you a seasoned amateur astronomer or just getting into the hobby? 

RP:  Getting into the hobby, but if I had the tools for being a amateur I would.

AAS: What was your first experience that attracted you to astronomy? 

RP:  I really do not know how to answer this. I always have loved looking up at the sky and wondered about whats up there because of the beauty. I also loved looking through my telescope I got from walmart even though the only thing i saw was the moon.

AAS: Tell us a little about your family members; spouse? kids? siblings? significant other?

RP:  Im 19, I have a sister who is 14.

AAS: Can you tell us a little about your formal education?

RP:  I attend Auburn University and it is going to be my 2nd year.

AAS: Do you have any pets? What kind?; How Many?

RP:  No 

AAS: Where do you work? If you're retired, what was your occupation?; If you're still in school, have you chosen a career?

RP:  I have choosen the path of Aerospace Engineering. I was going to do astrophysics, but then I decided to change.  

AAS: Besides astronomy, what other hobbies do you enjoy?

RP:  I like working with computers and being outdoors. 

AAS: What was your first or favorite car?

RP:   My first car was a Toyota Corolla

AAS: What was your first or most interesting job?

RP:  My first job was at a convenience store 

AAS: Tell us about your favorite vacation.

RP: I went on a cruise to Mexico durning summer of 2010. The sky at night was really clear and nice, but couldnt see the stars because of the light of the ship.

AAS: Have you ever lived in some other part of the U.S. or another country? Where?; When?

RP:  Yes, I was born in India. Then when I was 5 I moved to Tampa Bay, Florida, USA
