I use my Celestron C-11 for the prime focus and eyepiece projection shots.
Some wide field shots are piggy-backed on the telescope and others are untracked on a tripod.

These shots of Comet Hale-Bopp were made in the spring of 1997, in the pre-dawn sky near my home in suburban Montgomery.
I used Kodak's Royal Gold 1000 film, with a tripod mounted 50mm lens at f/1.8 for 30 seconds.
